Founded in Sarnico, Italy in 2006, our company provides specialty products to all foodservice areas involving Italian cooking in the United States: hotels, restaurants and catering and their importers or distributors. We provide all our clients the certainty of receiving authentic ingredients at the right price and in a timely fashion. Even though dining trends are constantly changing, as are the habits of consumers, Italian cuisine seems to remain a favorite around the world. Pasta is perhaps the most typical expression of Italian cuisine, especially when served with tomato sauce. There is no doubt, our most exported foods are Italian quality extra virgin olive oil, pasta, top quality carnaroli or arborio rice, balsamic vinegar of Modena and hot Calabrian peppers in oil.
